Kaminaki
Exploring the north-east coast of Corfu, one comes across the village of Kaminaki.
It is a picturesque, unspoilt village with hospitable people and a wonderful beach where you can swim in crystal clear waters or take up numerous watersports.
Once you get hungry, the two taverns will satisfy your appetite, or you can even prepare your own snack, buying everything you need from the local minimarket.
Krouzeri
Krouzeri beach is one of the most beautiful spots the area has to offer.
The combination of the green olive groves, the colourful flowers and the turquoise waters makes you think that it is a small paradise on earth.
It is also the ideal place to experience enchanting sunsets and have romantic strolls.
Agni Bay
Agni Bay is really popular with visitors.
It is surrounded by beautiful lush vegetation which makes the beach look like 'a small oasis'.
You can visit this place by car, driving down the winding road. However, you can also hire a boat and reach the bay by sea, if you feel like sailing.
Agni Bay is always buzzing with people since it is a favourite spot not only for the tourists but also for the locals.
Although the beach is pebbly you can always find sunbeds and umbrellas to feel comfortable while sunbathing.
The three taverns on the beach offer delicious dishes and of course fresh fish.
Kalami
Another favourite holiday destination is the village of Kalami.
It sits on the north-east coast of Corfu and it is a place where you can enjoy peaceful and relaxing holidays.
Kalami is also a bay, like Agni, and its shape of a horseshoe makes the view breathtaking.
The beach here is pebbly and the deep blue sea is refreshing. Don't miss the chance to try several watersports, too, such as water skiing or canoeing.
There's also a number of facilities including traditional Greek taverns, bars, supermarkets, souvenir shops and tourist offices.
Kouloura
Kouloura is actually a small typical fishing village, ideal for those who wish to spend their holidays in a tranquil atmosphere.
The view from the harbour is irresistible!
The shingle beach, surrounded by trees makes the scenery idyllic.
Don't hesitate to sample traditional Greek dishes and fresh fish at the harbour tavern!
